COVID-19 Event Entry Information

In order to gain access to events at Newry Town Hall all ticket holders over the age of 16 will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 Status on entry. Please read the information below the tickets panel before booking.

 

Tickets

Tickets: £15, £5 children
Availability status: Limited tickets available due to social distancing measures and COVID guidelines. Tickets may be purchased or reserved in advance. To reserve, please email info@newrychambermusic.org. Tickets may also be available on the door, however we advise patrons to purchase or reserve in advance if possible so that we can monitor audience numbers.

COVID-19 Event Entry Information

In order to gain access to events at NEWRY TOWN HALL from 30th September, All ticket holders over the age of 16 will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 Status on entry by providing ONE of the following, listed below:


• Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken no more than 48 hours prior to your arrival at the event you are attending

OR
• Proof of full vaccination - both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the event you are attending)

OR
• Proof of natural COVID antibodies based upon a positive NHS PCR test within 180 days of the event you are attending (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).

Ticket holders from Northern Ireland

If you are resident in Northern Ireland, you can demonstrate your Covid Status by doing one of the following:

Demonstrate Covid Status by showing:

  • Your Covid-19 Vaccination Card and photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card.
  • A CovidCert NI passport
  • Other government issued proof of full vaccination and photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card
  • Presenting receipt of a negative result issued by SMS or email if presenting a Lateral Flow Test - report your result here https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
  • Presenting proof of a positive Covid-19 PCR test, within 180 days of the event you are attending, to include the isolation period

Rapid COVID-19 tests can be obtained by anyone who requires them, free of charge. Rapid test packs can be ordered online for free delivery to your home. Order tests on the Gov.uk website. https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests


Ticket holders from outside Northern Ireland

Ticket holders can demonstrate their Covid Status by doing one of the following:

Using the EU Digital Covid Certificate (DCC) https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/coronavirus-response/safe-covid-19-vaccines-europeans/eu-digital-covid-certificate_en
or

Demonstrating proof of full vaccination by showing your HSE Vaccination Card and photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card

Demonstrating proof of full vaccination by showing:

  • Your Covid-19 Vaccination Card and photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card
  • NHS Covid Pass
  • Other government issued proof of full vaccination and photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card
  • Presenting receipt of a negative result issued by SMS or email if presenting a Lateral Flow Test
  • Presenting proof of a positive Covid-19 PCR test, within 180 days of the event you are attending, to include the isolation period

 

A few more measures to keep you and venue staff safe:

  • We ask that you are respectful of others around and keep your distance from other people as you move through the venue.
  • We ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival and regularly wash and sanitise your hands throughout your visit.
  • Face coverings are mandatory at all times unless exempt.  If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please let our Front of House team know as soon as you arrive.
  • We’ll have enhanced cleaning before and after the visit and additional sanitisation during the event.
  • Event stewards and security staff will be to hand to help manage queues and the movement of people through the venue.
  • Contact details of customers will be retained for Track and Trace purposes.
  • We have increased the circulation of fresh air throughout the building so it might be cooler than you are used to. You may want to bring an extra layer, just in case.
